Why partner With Us?

Are you a business owner with philanthropic values? Or, do you work for a business that enjoys supporting charities and good causes as part of its company ethos and want to support the NHS?

Whether it is employee fundraising and engagement, one-off events, sponsorship opportunities, donating gifts in kind or Charity of the Year partnerships, we’ll work closely alongside your team to ensure your fundraising is easy, engaging and demonstrates your community spirit.

The Royal Surrey Charity raises funds to help pay for vital equipment, to help improve our spaces within the hospital, to support staff development and well-being and to fund research. Ultimately everything we do is aimed at enhancing the experience for over 260,000 patients a year.

Becoming a corporate partner of Royal Surrey Charity offers a unique opportunity to engage both your customers and staff, boost staff morale and give them new, exciting experiences and skills.

Partnering with Royal Surrey Charity could help your organisation demonstrate its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility to your clients, customers, and staff. You can also make a big difference to your local community.

There are so many benefits to partnering with a local charity, and here are just some of them:

Employee Benefits- Getting your company involved with your community is a great way to boost morale and keep your employees happy. Giving your employees time to volunteer is fun and a great team building opportunity. Not only does it give everyone the opportunity to interact outside of the office, but it also gives your employees the satisfaction of giving back to the community.

Free Publicity- teaming up with a local charity can open up publicity opportunities on social media platforms, local newspapers, magazines and radio. It can also get your business in front of potential new customers via the charity’s contacts and supporters.

Brand Reputation- giving back is a great way to get your name out in the community and improve your brand’s visibility. Companies associated with philanthropic values reinforces positive brand awareness, enhancing your reputation within the community.

Customer Support- supporting a charity can help boost customer loyalty as it shows your customers that you care about your community.

Tax Deductions- When you donate to a charity the amount you donate is tax-deductible. In other words, you can receive tax deductions. Such expenses can lower your tax bill and reduce taxable income. Donations that are generally tax-deductible include sponsorship, donations of goods or services and cash donations.

Working With Outstanding Businesses

Butter and Cream, Milford, Surrey often given 5 star reviews, make cakes that are bespoke, beautifully decorated and have customers returning to them because of the quality of their product.

Tom and Suke from Butter and Cream in Milford have supported the hospital since 2017

“Tom was diagnosed with bowel cancer, and treated at the Royal Surrey Hospital by its incredible staff.  We wanted to thank the hospital and give back in some way, so contacted the Charity and arranged to come into the hospital and sell our cakes with all the money going to the charity.

Sadly, since the pandemic we could not come into the hospital and sell our cakes but we really wanted to help, so we teamed up with other food suppliers and baked our cupcakes and brownies to give to the staff during such difficult times.

As well as supporting our local hospital, being a corporate partner with the Royal Surrey Charity helps our business.  Many of our regular costumers either work at the hospital, or are patients and visitors. We get to keep our business local, as well as get to know our customers, with so many of them becoming friends.”

We know there is a big smile behind that face mask, thanks to a Butter and Cream cake delivery!
