Woking Lions' Bake Off took place on Sunday (28 April) in aid of Royal Surrey County Hospital Charity.

The event saw dozens of visitors call at St John's Village Memorial Hall for a delicious sweet treat. The Star Baker prize was won by Lisa Hollonby, Show Stopper by Claire Tharme and Master Baker by Sharon Blackmore.

The baking competition raised a brilliant £532.54 on the day, which will support young people living with and beyond cancer who use the hospital's Teenage and Young Adult Cancer service (TYAC).

The event was hosted by Antonella Pastore and Membership Secretary Emma Brawley. Emma said:

I am delighted that our event was a success and of help to young people in need at a critical time of their lives.

Thank you to Woking Lions for their support!
