Our Community Care Fund supports people cared for by our hospitals in the community at Milford, Cranleigh and Haslemere, as well as patients who are cared for in their own homes. 

The community hospitals provide care for adults and older people who don’t need specialist support from an acute hospital, meaning they can be treated closer to home. The fund also supports our Hospital at Home Service, which provides care for people in their own homes to prevent hospital admission.  

By donating to our Community Care Fund, you can help ensure patients in our communities receive exceptional care in a comfortable and welcoming setting.
