If you have special dietary requirements which may not be catered for, you can provide us with a drop bag for specific checkpoints. Kit: What should I wear?

Frequently asked questions (FAQs) - what should I wear for Stride for Cancer Care?

Kit is down to personal preference, but clearly, the conditions will dictate what you need to be comfortable. When deciding, you need to consider that in the autumn, conditions can change quickly, and you will be out on the course for a few hours so prepare to add extra layers for warmth and protection from the wind or rain.

If it is hot consider taking a hat and sun block to protect your skin.
