Karen and Ian (Mum and Dad) have decided to take part in the 25km Stride for Cancer Care sponsored walk on Sunday 6^th October 2024, starting and finishing at the Surrey Sports Park, with all funds raised going to Tasha's beloved TYAC.  The family feel, it is of paramount importance to raise further funds in Tasha's name, as a way of thanking the amazing TYAC team for the love and care they always showed Tasha every step of the way during her treatment and care.

It is a few years since we have undertaken a walk of this length (the last one being in 2020), and we are certain that it could take us a while to complete the distance, but we will be proud to push ourselves to help raise further,  much needed funds and keep Tasha's memory alive.

Natasha (Tasha, Tash, Tashykins, Angel) was a beautiful wife, daughter, sister. She lived life to the full and achieved more in her 29 years than most people do in twice that time. She will be remembered for her huge smile and kind heart. She was genuinely loved by all who knew her. Tasha passed away peacefully surrounded by her close family. As a family we will never forget the care and support the TYAC unit provided for our beautiful angel and it is Tasha's express wishes that any monies donated will be used by the unit to provide fun days out and experiences for other families who are currently being affected by a cancer diagnosis. Tasha, we will miss you every minute of every day but we are thankful for the amazing 29 years we all had together, we will never forget you.
