Karolina was a caring wife, daughter and sister. She touched many people's hearts and brought warmth and love to everyone she knew. She was brave and strong and tackled all of the challenges she had to face. Never complaining and always upbeat no matter how tough the times were. Karolina will be missed by many. Karolina wished this donation would go to the Teenage & Young Adult Centre (TYAC) in Royal Surrey Hospital in Guilford.
