My Dad always supported my desire to make a difference and I know he was proud that I chose to become a nurse like my Mum. He understood how difficult and challenging my job is at times and was always there to listen or pour me a glass of wine at the end of a long busy day! My Mum chose this charity to support the service which helps to care for and support young cancer patients and their families. I am privileged to be the Lead Nurse for this service at the Royal Surrey and to work alongside a dedicated and compassionate team of multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals.
