Our beloved mother/grandmother/great grandmother sadly passed away on Sunday 23rd June. In her final days she was looked after by the Palliative Care Department at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford. The Palliative Care Department were absolutely fantastic in all respects and for this reason instead of buying flowers we would ask you to make a donation to the team. Thank you
