I will be wing walking in August, hiking in September and walking the distance of 100 miles over this period.

Stroke strikes every 3½ minutes in the UK and can affect anyone at any age at any time.

Over the last year I have seen family and friends impacted by stroke and the negative affects it can have on families. This touched me deeply having been a carer for a family member with a brain injury, I am aware the limited support available for individuals and their families.
