Thank you for fundraising for us: your support is transforming patients' lives.

Set up a fundraising page and then invite your friends, family and colleagues to get involved and support you. You can track how much money you have raised and keep people updated on your progress.

Creating your fundraising page is really simple.

Here are some tips to help get started:

Choose the area of the hospital or campaign you'd like to support from the dropdown menu below (make sure it's clear on your page where you want your money to go) and then complete the form.
Personalise your page by choosing a title for your fundraising page and uploading a photo, so supporters can easily identify your page.
Use the information provided under 'Suggested text', or share your own story as to why you're fundraising, to inspire friends and family to give generously.
Remember to include what you're doing to raise the money - for example, running a 5K, hosting an event, or taking part in the 2.6 Challenge.

Once you submit your fundraising page, it will be sent to the team for approval, which could take up to two working days. You will receive emails to update you on the progress of your online page, and to confirm when your page is live, so please keep an eye on your junk mail folder. If you haven't heard within two working days of submitting your page, please get in touch.
